You've got to be kidding me. from BBC News - US medics have found the Bee Gees' 1977 disco anthem, Stayin' Alive, provides an ideal beat to follow when performing CPR on a victim of a cardiac arrest. A University of Illinois medical school study said it contained 103 beats per minute, close to the recommended rate of 100 chest compressions per minute. (Link to article)

This year, there will be only one Ozzfest and it will be in Dallas. Heavy metal hit makers Serj Tankian, Jonathon Davis of Korn, Hellyeah, Sevendust, Shadows Fall and the king himself, Ozzy Osbourne, will converge on Pizza Hut Park in Dallas on August 9th. Here it is after 9 p.m., and I've had a few beers. I'm lesson planning for a course I've never taught, and the iTunes is on shuffle. Then this song comes on. I got a chance to talk to Ozzy Osbourne Wednesday for a story announcing that he and guitarist Zack Wylde would appear in the upcoming Guitar Hero World Tour video game due this fall.
With Ozzfest coming up on Saturday in Dallas, those who can't attend might be happy to hear that next year Ozzfest will hit many cities, according to Ozzy.
