This was posted on Multiply first, but I enjoyed it so much had to share it here as well. Coincidentally, when we were in Guatemala finalizing our adoption of Cooper, the first morning we woke up with him, Feist's song "I Feel It All" had been stuck in my dreams that night, and I woke up with it still playing on an endless loop.
Here's the video for 1,2,3,4:
I Feel It All:
You thought you were finally done hearing Feist's "1,2,3,4" when the iPod commercials finally stopped airing huh? Silly rabbit, tricks are for kids. Feist will be appearing on the 39th season premiere of Sesame Street with a new rendition of the song.
The video of the performance is the cutest thing you'll see all day...I promise. However, I'm glad I don't have kids, because they'd probably play it over and over until I jumped out of the window.
Troubadour Leslie Feist, better known as just Feist may have lost the Grammy for Best New Artist to Amy Winehouse earlier this year, but you ain't gonna be seeing Amy Winehouse on Sesame Street any time soon. On the other hand Feist will reportedly be appearing on the long-running children's program singing her The Reminder hit "1234" and a duet with Elmo she especially wrote for the fuzzy and ticklish little red dude. No air date has been announced. This isn't the fir... MORE
One, two, three, four Tell me that you love me more Sleepless, long nights That was what my youth was for Oh teenage hopes are lying at your door Left you with nothing But they want some more Oh, oh, oh You're changing your heart Oh, oh, oh You know who you are Sweetheart, bitter heart Now i can't tell you apart Cozy and cold Put the horse before the cart Those teenage hopes Through our tears and the lies Too scared to run off To one little life Oh, ... If you still need one charitable contribution this year, make it a ticket to Feist’s forthcoming Canadian tour. The singer is teaming-up with local affiliates of the Canadian Association of Food Banks for a huge can drive to take place at every show in her Canadian jaunt. Concert attendees are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item along with them to donate to the organization. Also one lucky donor at each show will win custom made Feist memorabilia. Fans who can’t... MORE

This is my favorite track on Feist's amazing album, The Reminder. If you haven't heard this, you gotta check it out. And if you have, give it another listen.
Feist has done it again. The Canadian singer-songwriter has released a new music video for The Reminder track "I Feel It All" and it's just as awesome as the iPod-loving "1234." In it Feist is a firework conductor. What is a firework conductor exactly? Check it and you'll find out.
Feist, "I Feel It All" off The Reminder
Feist is taking it easy until the end of February, then she jetsets out for some shows in Australia.
Feist added several stops to her already extensive summer tour. She plays in Detroit MI Thursday April 10th and covers most of the US before hitting Canada. NME has tour dates for Feist ranging from April 10th all the way to November 9th!

Feist - "My Moon My Man" directed by Patrick Daughters:
There were a lot of great albums that I listened to in 2007, but these are the ones I dug the most, in no particular order. Feist, The Reminder - Because "I Feel It All" was one of the most beautiful, real songs of 2007, and because the rest of the album was just about that good too. Arcade Fire, Neon Bible - Because they captured the unease and uncertainty and dislocation of these very troubled times. Alina Simone, Placelessness - Mogger Alina Simone's debut is beau...
