Though I adore Maxwell to death and I try to look at both sides of the viral community of being a musician and a fan during the 21st century: How do you prevent his live performance being uploaded to youtube like this? Especially when it comes from an international source?
But then I know first hand when I was in England how the security measures were LAXED in how they were checking us to see if we had cameras or recording equipment in our bags when I went to see Prince at the O2. But I saw people recording. Security stopped people RIGHT in front of Prince but they continued to record. They should have been escorted out of the stadium or their phones taken!

@tigand usually when I go to these concerts there are signs and people telling you not to video tape, no photographs, no audio recordings, etc. while at the concert. However, I don't see any true preventative measures that are being done to prevent it especially at outdoor concerts if the same security requests are made. I actually like you want to see the concert but then I hope that a better quality will be sold to me on DVD with hopefully some written text from the artist sharing their impressions of what they experienced being in that country. I would love to know Maxwell's personal views of how those in Amsterdam received him and for him to compare it to his American audience. It would be interesting to know that. Thank you for sharing with me.
@deadmandeadman I hope things do sort out because I actually now anticipate to see what comes up on youtube after I am desperate to know what happened at a concert. [Ex. Prince at Coachella. I was on youtube waiting and I saw soo much!] However, my question to the musicians is that I hope they will jump on this appreciation and some (who have the money) to professionally video tape their performance, package it with some extras for I will buy it. I just bought Prince's 21 Nights book which came with a CD of music. I really just wanted the CD but if I had to buy the book with pictures of Prince then that is a financial loss that I will take. I'm not into him like that but I adore the music.
On the other hand..YES, Maxwell has a falsetto that is impeccable. I adore his voice! You are exactly right that it whets the appetite. I am going to 2 of his concerts soon so I am more than ready to have him serenade the entire audience! I'm SIKED! Thank you for sharing with me.

@lizculleysings You know I understand how you feel. I am so thankful for the concert on youtube and I hope it will be sold on DVD. I want even a better quality if it will be provided that way on DVD with some extras! 8)
@troypowers Maxwell has not released an album in 7 years and my crazy butt paid out the YING YANG for tickets! It should be a fantastic concert though!
