Second time's a charm? Well I seemed to think so today. After braving the elements the first night of Outside Lands festival in Golden Gate Park, I came prepared today with three sweaters and a pair of comfortable shoes. Regina Spektor is set to perform at the 3rd annual Roe On The Rocks gig.
The benefit show, which will take place January 22 at the Bowery Ballroom in Manhattan, will raise money for the New York City’s Planned Parenthood .
Pre-sale ticket for the gig, which will cost $35, go on sale this Wednesday (November 19) through American Express and Planned Parenthood .

I have had the absolute pleasure of seeing Regina perform this live.... that night and this song remains forever embedded in my memory..
I am sure The Man is looking down from the heavens and is singing along....

Fell in love with this artist's work and especially her sweet interaction with her fans on the live circuits last year. She did all the big outdoors concerts: Coachella, Bonnaroo, Lallapalooza, etc. then went into silence after an injured leg and a tour of Australia where my partner said she was amazing even with her obvious limp from her recent injury a week before the long flight to Oz.
