Gym Class Heroes are performing on Jay Leno right now, so it got me on Youtube looking for some live GCH. Here's a cool live version of their new hit "Cookie Jar", mostly acoustic. The song is pretty corny as far as lyrics go, but I don't care. I dig the Gym Class Heroes and I love hip-hop incorporating instrumentalization. Plus Travis McCoy seems like a cool dude.

Today I listened to The Quilt in full for the first time, so here are some thoughts and some tracks. Gym Class Heroes have a tendency to take things in a really poppy direction musically. Seems like this gets more corny with each album, but I don't think I'm gonna write GCH off yet because there's still some things I like about them. I think Travis is real.
